Cancellation Policy
Upon cancellation I ask for a 24 hour notice prior your upcoming appointment. As mentioned before, I understand life happens and people get sick but please respect my time and give me a heads up. Failure to do so will result in a 100% no show fee which includes the full service fee booked. I’m so easy to communicate with and very understanding. Communication goes along way as we can work something out.
Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment. I always wash my clients lashes prior the service but if it’s taking longer than normal due to build up, I will charge an additional $15 fee.
LashedOut does not offer refunds for any reason. If you are unsatisfied with your service please reach out as it will be a priority to get you back in!
You must have at least 40% of your lashes on prior your fill. To maintain healthy and clean lashes this results in washing your lashes daily with a proper lash shampoo (I offer kits), avoiding heat including saunas, using non oil products, & not pulling your lashes out<3
When to Reschedule
Life happens and I totally understand that! To insure I keep you, other clients, & myself safe please be aware when I will need you to reschedule.
Any common cold including active HSV breakouts. I understand we can’t control when we get sick but please out of respect do not show up sick especially with any active breakouts. I will have to send you home.
Any stye flare ups
If you are going to be over 15 minutes late without notice. I do not charge a late fee so please communicate with me as I do take clients back to back.
